Refunds and cancellation

In short

Premium access is a one-time digital purchase, not a recurring subscription.

If the access link does not arrive, the email is wrong, a duplicate payment appears or a technical issue blocks access, write to destek@parani-koru.com with the email used for payment.

The priority is to restore access. Refund requests are then reviewed according to Lemon Squeezy order data, access status and the rules applicable to digital content.

One-time payment

Premium modules are sold as digital access. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are not a recurring subscription.

Payment and billing

Premium payments are processed on the secure checkout page of Lemon Squeezy. Paranı Koru does not store card numbers, CVV codes or full payment details.

Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record, meaning the official seller responsible for billing, taxes, refunds and payment disputes.

For an access issue, first write to destek@parani-koru.com with the email used for payment, the approximate date and a short description of the problem.

Refunds, invoices, taxes and payment disputes may be handled through Lemon Squeezy, according to its own rules and the rules applicable to digital content.
